Nestled in the heart of Chattanooga’s NorthShore district on Frazier Avenue, Verre Noir’s Night Market offers a unique blend of art, mysticism, and community. This monthly event transforms the area into a vibrant hub for alternative shopping, with many surrounding businesses joining in to create a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere. Each market has a different theme, and typically draws a huge turnout, showcasing the event’s growing popularity and the creativity of its attendees.

A Curated Experience

Night Market showcases a diverse array of local vendors, including tarot readers, artists, and creators of handmade goods such as art, pottery, jewelry and more.  Attendees can also enjoy treats from local food vendors like Bento Ya, Hangry Pinoy, Sara’s Sweet Buns, and Spooky Sips, adding to the evening’s enchanting atmosphere. 

Community and Creativity

Beyond shopping, the Night Market is a vibrant hub for community engagement. Events often feature live performances, contests, special guests, and interactive experiences—like a live DnD table hosted by Tyler of @the_rpgdad with prizes sponsored by Infinity Flux. Each market embraces a unique theme, inspiring many attendees to dress up creatively, fostering a strong sense of connection and celebration among all who attend.

June 26 – Cosmic Abyss Night Market – Space theme

July 31 –  The Crimson Court – Vampire theme

August 28 – Black Parade Night Market  – Emo theme

September 25 – The Night Tea Party  – Alice in Wonderland theme

October 30 – Dark Moon Faire – Dark circus theme

November 27 – 6-10PM – Victorian Masquerade

December 18 -6-10PM – Winter Solstice & Krampus

Typically the last Friday of the Month (though we changed the December date to a little earlier due to the holidays). The Market will run from 7-10PM at Verre Noir in Chattanooga.
